Our CrossFit Pompano Beach Facility

4,000 sqft strength and conditioning facility located across from the Pompano Beach business park. We offer some of the best coaching for group and individuals that want to utilize the CrossFit methodology like running, jumping, lifting, squatting, pushing, and pulling along with Olympic lifting.

Our new location is spacious enough for our members to perform the daily WODS (work out of the day) in a safe environment under the watchful eye of our elite coaches.
At CrossFit TrapHouse you will not find treadmills or weight machines; what you will find are kettle bells, barbells and pull up bars.

The Workout

Our workouts consist of everyday movements like the air squat and deadlifts helping us with proper form for sitting, standing up and picking up loads safely with proper form and doing so efficiently.

Most importantly, by using constantly varied functional movements our members will never get board like those that attend a conventional gym which seems to be the problem in todays fitness society. Instead, our programming is placed together in a way that our members will hardly ever do the same workout twice in one year, which just shows that we dedicate effort to meticulously piecing together workouts to ensure our athletes/members are always ready for the unknown.

The worry of spending hours upon hours of thinking up a routine is eliminated, each day a workout will be provided in a prescribed or scaled version to suite all of our members’ needs and fitness levels. We program our workouts to build our athletes/members up to their highest potential physically and mentally.

With workouts lasting under an hour, a workout at CrossFit TrapHouse is easy to fit into the busiest of schedules.

Our aim is to improve your capacity in the ten recognized fitness domains that are:
cardio respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.
